What is the Bio Poncho™ made from?
The Bio Poncho™ is made from 100% natural organic matter, a renewable and sustainable resource

How should I best dispose of the Bio Poncho™?
We recommend that you put the Bio Poncho™ on your home compost or if it does find its way into the mainstream waste and goes to landfill, it will completely break down and disappear

Will the Bio Poncho™ disappear as soon as it starts raining?
No! Biodegradation of the Bio Poncho™ will not begin until it is in contact with the micro-organisms found in compost, wet soil, etc. The easiest way to think of the Bio Poncho™ is that it behaves in exactly the same way as a conventional poncho up until the point where it is responsibly disposed of

What colour base plastic is available for the Bio Poncho™?
The Bio Poncho™ in its natural undyed colour is translucent cream / off white.  It is possible to Pantone match the base material using a master batch on high volume orders - please contact us for more information

Can you print my brand or company logo on the Bio Poncho™?
Yes we can. We can print any solid colour logo in up to 4 colours. For a more detailed print specification, please get in touch with us

Is there a minimum order quantity?
For Bio Poncho™ printed with your brand or company logo, the minimum order quantity is 3,000 units. However, occaisionally, we do hold stock of our standard Bio Poncho™ here in the UK which can despatched to you within 48 hours (minimum order quantity 100) - please contact us to ascertain current stock levels

Can the Bio Poncho™ be printed all over, a step and repeat print?
Yes, but it is more expensive

If I need to supply you with my brand or company logo, what format and where should I send it?
Please supply all artwork as an Illustrator eps file with any fonts converted to outline and Pantone references specified. Artwork can be sent by email to sales@bio-poncho.com or by post, to A&W Building, The Docks, Portishead, BS20 7DF, clearly maked ‘FAO Studio – Bio Poncho™’. If you need help with your design or logo, we can offer you a studio service

What is the production lead-time on the Bio Poncho™?
For a branded Bio Poncho™, depending on the quantity you require, we would usually need up to 11 - 12 weeks. However, if your order is urgent, we can offer an express service - please contact us to discuss this in more detail

Do you only deliver to the UK?
No, we can deliver all over the world. Please contact us with your requirements where we will be please to help you

Can I see a physical sample of the Bio Poncho™?
We are more than happy to send you a sample of our stock Bio Poncho™. Due to an increased demand for samples of our product, unfortuately, we can no longer provide these free of charge. Please email or call us to request your sample
